I weighed 318.2 this morning with 32.6% bodyfat.
I ran before breakfast.
I had virtually no hunger pangs all day long.
When I get to 299 lbs, the celebration will include a dinner at modern apizza in new haven, a big bowl of macaroni, and maybe some dinosaur bbq.
then i focus on something between 300 and 250.. maybe 275, but maybe 280.. not sure.
I'm shooting for 225 by july 15th.. but if i only get to 250, i'll be thrilled.
