places to track my progress


I have accounts at web sites where you can view my diet activity online.

Third, I have organized and entered a weight loss contest - a "biggest loser" of sorts. everyone puts in $20, winner takes all. winner is the person who lost the highest percentage of bodyweight. Track the scoresheet here:

on the exercise front, the motionbased site will record data from a wrist-mounted GPS unit/heart rate monitor/altimeter which will arrive via UPS on monday.
